Having the pool is a blast! Friday, what I thought would be just an evening of me studying and Eddie sleeping on the couch , actually ended up with friends of mine coming over and we swam all evening. Jamie, the baby, and Skyler came over for Sawyers first time in a swimming pool. He is almost 6 months old now and just totally adorable. My sister Tonia ( ok, so she really isn't my sister but we spend so much time together and know so much about each other that we should be related), called and I invited her over as well. The more the merrier I say! We really did have a great evening, I love last minute things...lol.
Today we went shopping. It is Tax Free Weekend in TX , so we went to Kohls and I finally bought myself some clothes for Summer. Yeah, you know, I look for the clearance stuff and all the sales items. I found cheap polo's, and 6 pairs of Capris...!! Ok, so maybe I did not need 6 pairs, but they were on sale and tax free?? Does a woman need an excuse to shop, now really I ask you answer that honestly. This afternoon, I did some "pre cooking". We are having my sister -in-laws and thier families over tomorrow for a "summer bash". The kids have not been over to go swimming yet, so we figured before school started it would be a good idea. Of course Tonia, JT, her boyfriend Kieth, his kids and of course Mario ( a friend of Kieths ) will be joining us. I am really looking forward to it.
I guess I better enjoy the fun this weekend because starting Monday, it is back to the intense studying and next weekend I wont be allowed out of my cell ( office) for any kind of fun because my next test is Aug 14th. I can't wait till December when this is all over.....
