Unbelievable I tell you, just unbelievable.... Last night we went out to dinner with some friends at Chilli's and then everyone was coming back to our place to see the lights and decorations we had put up. As many of you know Eddie and I are pretty proud of our outdoor display and all the time and effort we put into it. Well when we arrived home we found that 2 of our 8ft blow up characters were DESTROYED BY VANDALS!! Someone KILLED SANTA CLAUS AND OUR FROSTY THE SNOW MAN!! We were so upset!! Who in thier right mind goes around destroying other peoples Christmas decorations?? Frosty was sliced up with a knife and Santa Clause was ripped off his base. It was enough to make us both sick and neither one of us could sleep last night. We reported it to the Police and were told that last week baby Jesus was stolen from the nativity scene in downtown Wylie. I am sure it is a group of "degenerate kids" out thinking they were just "having fun". How disgusting... anyway, we have decided to take down all of our outdoor characters since this has happened. We cannot afford to have all of them destroyed , it is just not worth it. We will keep up the lights but all of the outside characters are coming down and being put away. I hope the individuals who thought this was funny and a "good idea" are happy with themselves...
