So last night we went to our first Chirstmas party of the season. It was a friend of my Eddie's that he works with... well to make a long story short I was "searching" for something to wear that actually fit! I finally found something that I was confortable going out in public in and OMG!! I could not hide the buldge!!! I tried to "suck" it in and even wore black in attempt to make it look a bit more slimming, but nope... I'm pregnant and it finally shows. I was walking around the house looking in all of our mirrors, I just could not beleive it. During the days I sit around in sweat pants and "big ole" sweat shirts and I guess I never really notice the "bump". Well this weekend was a real eye opener for both Eddie and I. he just kept saying "yup, you are pregnant, yup, very pregnant". He is so happy about all of this , it is so cute to just watch him, we tried to use the fetal heartbeat monitor this morning, hoping now that we are in week 20 of 40 that we could actually hear the heartbeat on our own, but no such luck. Although he did successfully find my heartbeat! I told him close but no cigar.
We finally finished all of the Christmas Decorating... what a chore! I'm just glad it is finally finished. We started the second tree on Friday night and finished it and the front room Saturday afternoon. I finally got my house back in order and all the Crhistmas boxes stored out in the garage. I have not gone around and taken and good pictures yet, but when I do I put them up in my photo section.
Well this week is the big week, we get to go see my High Risk pregnancy dr to have the echo doppler done and structural scan of the baby and HOPEFULLY get to see if we are having a boy or a girl. I somehow think this baby is not going to be very negotiable and we will not get to find out. I keep telling Eddie this is his baby, the baby will probably be in there with it's legs tightly crossed "gigling" because it is making things very difficult on us... ! Well if nothing else we will have more sono pics of the adorable Baby B !! Now I just have to wait till Dec 6th....3 more days...
