I DID IT.... I DID IT.... I DID IT!!!!! All these years later, after the fact, I have finally managed to get my degree. I got the final word today that I officially passed my final course!!! I am done, I have my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration!!!!!!
I filled out my "intent to graduate form" today and submitted it so that my transcripts will be finalized. The graduation ceremony will be in Feb of 2007 if I want to walk and depending on how I feel we just may be going on a road trip. I have waited a long time for this and this is a major accomplishment for me. The cememony is in Salt Lake City, Utah. A bit of a drive but just may be worth it to have pictures of me accepting my diploma.
I cannot believe it is over, I have worked so hard and have been so dedicated to finishing that now that it is over it almost feels "sur-real". I mean today I got up, got Eddie off to work and sat down on the couch to watch TV!!! I watched Regis and Kelly this morning... I've never done that!!??! I watched a couple movies today and just relaxed. It was amazing to not have something hanging over my head....
So this chapter is closed....now it is time for my next journey!
