Wow, I can't beleive that Thanksgiving is only 3 days away! We are hosting the family Thanksgiving dinner at our place this year. I am actually really , really excited about it. It is the first time Eddie and I are hosting a holiday dinner. It looks like there will be about 16 people for dinner which will be around 1:30pm on Thursday. I of course am not a wonderful cook , so I ordered a "meal" from Kroger that includes a turkey ;-) I am making the ham, with so many people coming turkey alone will not be enough. So I am making the Ham, mashed potatoes , corn and some other things I cannot remember right now...geez, isn't the memory the first to go?
Today I spent the day cleaning and scrubbing floors at the house. I wanted to get alot of the work done today so I would not have as much to do on Thursday. Eddie is taking Wednesday off for the holiday and we are going to try to get some of the Christmas lights up. I am not sure we will have time to get it all up though, so look out National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. .here we come...lol, I just love decorating for the holidays. As soon as it is all finished I will be sure to put the pictures of the finished product up! The bad part is having to take it all down after the holiday season...yuck.
Well this week my appointment is on Friday , after Thanksgiving, I have to go get more blood work done. I really do feel like a human pin coushin. I give myself my injections in my stomach and since I am taking so many injections these days ( about 7 a day or more) my stomach is so bruised...and the injections that never really hurt are really starting to hurt. I know, I know, it is all to make the baby healthy... I just wish it would "tickle" instead!
