I think I have a sinus infection....yeah, fun, fun and guess what? The only thing I'm allowed to take according to everything I'm reading is pseudophed and tylenol. Can everyone say with me ..."This is not working"!! If I were not pregnant, I'd be "doping" myself up with DayQuil, Allegra and oh yeah, using nasal spray to clear up my nasal passages that are soooo clogged up right now I can't breath at all!!! I have not slept through the night in over 5 nights. I am up all night long trying to blow my nose , putting hot compresses on my nose/ sinus passages trying to clear it all up, sneezing about 15 times in a row and let us not forget "peeing". I've come to realize that pregnant woman "pee" all the time. I cant go anywhere without having to go to the bathroom. I feel like a kid again...sooo it used to be that I just got up all night long to pee now it is to try to breath....
The psedophed does do a little bit ...it clears me up for about an hour so I do manage to drift off for a bit every night, but then I find myself awake , sneezing and waiting for the 4-6 hours to pass so I can take more. If anyone has any suggestions on a miracle cure for this please , I'm open for any and all advice. I'm desperate and have considered cutting off my nose at this point in the game! I think I'm going to call my regular doctor tomorrow and see if I can get in to see her. She may have some suggestions for me....I HOPE!
Yesterday Eddie had to go to work for a bit so I went with him. He promised me lunch out of the deal so I agreed to go. It was suppose to be a "short" trip and not take long at all, but it was 2 hours later when he finally finished up. His company is closing one office and moving it to another location and there was a server/ router that only he know how to configure that needed to be moved so he had to do it this weekend. I know most of the people in the department where he works so it was not that bad being there and since they were doing the move there were some of the people hanging around. I did get lunch out of it, we went a chinese buffet that we both love. Usually I'm not a fan of buffet and especially chinese buffet, but this one is exceptional! I've never, ever had a bad experience there and they even have crab legs and shrimp on the buffet so Eddie LOVES it. Me, I hate seafood so that is not the selling point for me , but hey , if it makes him happy...that is all that matters.
Today it is FOOTBALL!! Seems to be our routine. We may go to Fright Fest at Six Flags this afternoon, but I can't ride any of the rides.... I do enjoy just walking around and they have the park all decorated for Halloween. We sure did not use our season passes much this year at all, and I dont think that next year we will bother getting one with the baby due in April. Not much for a newborn at Six Flags!! It will be the first year in forver that I wont have a season pass...geez, how things change...
